Our Story
Our story
Rewiri and his wife Jess relocated home to Northland in October 2020 to make a difference in the Northland community.
Results Contracting Services was established to work hand in hand with local communities, businesses, and individuals to provide employment, mentorship, support, and development pathways.
Their goal was to create a robust platform that encourages the development of employment opportunities across Northland while delivering quality contracting services that local people can rely on.

Results Contracting Services is jointly owned by Rewiri and Jess.
Rewiri works full-time in the business and manages all projects, ensuring every job is completed with care, communication, and attention to detail.
As a growing small business, RCS is proud to support local people, local projects, and local outcomes.

Our team members are encouraged to attend courses and workshops that support upskilling, confidence, and long-term development. Each team member has a personal development plan that outlines learning objectives, goals, and targets.
